Option of stays shorter than 1 week with supplement of 25%.
Supplement per person (to be paid in situ)
Additional charges: electricity, water, bed linen and towels included in quote.
Obligatory final cleaning: excluding kitchenette and crockery, which is the responsibility of the guest (if this cleaning is neglected €50 will be charged to the deposit).
For one room apartments €35 (per apartment), for two room apartments €40 (per apartment) and €45 for the three room apartment (per apartment).
Optional change of bed linen and towels: €20 per person per change.
Additional beds: (3rd bed in one room, 5th bed in two room and 7th bed in three room) €100 for the period 06/08 – 20/08. €50 for other periods.
Cradle: (upon request at the time of booking) €35 per week.
Cauzione: € 150 per appartamento da versare all’arrivo.
Accommodation tax: (up to 10th day of stay): €1.00 per person per day from 14 years of age.
